The week of February 2-6, 2026 has been proclaimed as French Second Language Week, with the theme of: Learn in French. Grow in French. Graduate in French. Succeed in French. Apprendre en français. Grandir en français. Obtenir son diplôme en français. Réussir en français.
Throughout the week, a variety of events celebrating French language and culture will be held. Christ the Teacher Catholic School offers French Immersion programming at St. Henry's Jr. School, St. Henry's Sr. School, St. Michael's School, and Sacred Heart High School.
